Calder Family Motel Terms, Conditions & Privacy Policy

Cancellation policy:

Bookings made direct through our website are flexible and may be cancelled up to 48 hours of arrival excluding major weekends and holiday periods including Easter, Christmas and New Year.

Payments will be processed in full within 48 hours of check in and are then non-refundable.
Reservations made through online travel agent booking services (eg Booking.com/Expedia ) will be subject to their cancellation policy at the time of booking and cancellations or amendment requests must be made directly with the booking service.

• Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation and check-in.
• Direct booking card transaction payments attract a 1.95% fee which are passed onto the guest.
• Early check-in and late or check-out may be available upon request and are at the discretion of management and subject to availability.
• Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited inside all rooms. If there is any evidence of smoking inside rooms you will be charged an additional $300 for a specialised clean to eliminate odours.
• Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00pm to 7:00am.
• We reserve the right to evict guests who are behaving in a manner that is threatening or violent. Any person under the influence of substances that may put themselves, other guests, staff or property at risk, will find themselves evicted without refund.
• Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified. Additional charges may apply for pet-friendly rooms.
• You acknowledge that we do not accept liability for any injury, damage, loss, additional expenses and disruptions due to electrical storms or other acts of God caused directly or indirectly by events, which are beyond our control and agree not to make any claim in relation thereto.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to motel property and will be charged accordingly.
• The motel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal property including motor vehicles, during their stay.
• Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their children or dependents during their stay.
